Hola, amigos de #geekzone. Una nueva semana ha llegado y consigo ha traído la oportunidad de probar un nuevo juego, esta vez le di la oportunidad a uno llamado Brawl Stars, este es un battle royale que se encuentra disponible gratuitamente para teléfonos móviles.

Lo primero que pude notar es que el diseño del juego es bastante caricaturesco, creo que nunca había probado uno con ese tipo de arte medio infantil, al principio pensé que no me iba a gustar, pero la verdad es que están muy bonitos los muñequitos. Casi inmediatamente al entrar al juego nos sale un minitutorial para aprender más o menos sobre la jugabilidad y los controles, estos son los mismos de siempre, el lado izquierdo para mover al personaje y el lado derecho queda reservado para las acciones.

En el tutorial nos dejan en un escenario que será nuestro campo de batalla, ahí tendremos que eliminar a los demás contrincantes, que en este caso solamente son bots, una vez culminada la batalla nos dan el respectivo tour por los elementos del juego para que vayamos familiarizándonos con todas las opciones que tiene disponibles. Por lo que pude ver hay un “pase de batalla”, las típicas recompensas por inicio de sesión diario, skins, clanes y todo lo que últimamente están agregando en todos los juegos multijugador.

El menú más interesante para mí fue el de personajes, por lo que pude entender, a medida que vamos jugando vamos ganando unos ítems que acumularemos para desbloquear nuevos personajes e irlos subiendo de nivel, esto es algo que a mí normalmente me encanta, yo soy de coleccionar personajes e irlos leveleando, quizás no me encantan las skins, pero como este juego es nuevo para mí, quizás pueda aprender a quererlas.

Después del breve paseo por las opciones del juego me metí a unas cuantas partiditas, al principio debo decir que estaba bastante perdida, como que no entendía la finalidad de la pelea, pero después de echar varias batallas simplemente me puse a disfrutar de las peleas, aunque mi plan es básicamente hacerme la loca y esconderme hasta que venga alguien a buscarme, jajajajaja. Al principio sí salí a buscar peligro, pero eso no me funcionó, así que opté por cambiar de estrategia y me fue mejor de esa manera.

Hubo un par de cosas que no me gustaron demasiado sobre el juego, la primera fue que el personaje camina demasiado lento, yo espero que eso sea porque soy de nivel bajo o porque ese personaje en específico es así, ojalá que más adelante eso pueda cambiar porque si es algo que creo que me puede llegar a desesperar. El segundo punto negativo fue que de la nada me dio un error de desconexión y no me dio las recompensas de una partida, mi internet prácticamente nunca falla y ese error me sacó un poco de onda porque no entendí qué fue lo que pasó, de verdad espero que no sea algo demasiado frecuente porque ese sí es un motivo para desinstalar.

Espero poder encontrar compañeros para poder jugar juntos, así que si son activos en este juego no duden en dejármelo saber en comentarios.

Entering the Brawl Stars world | Gameplay

Hello #geekzone friends. A new week has arrived, and it has brought with it the opportunity to try a new game, this time I gave the opportunity to one called Brawl Stars, this is a battle royale that is available for free for cell phones.

The first thing I noticed is that the design of the game is quite cartoonish, I think I had never tried one with that kind of childish art, at first I thought I would not like it, but the truth is that the dolls are very nice. Almost immediately upon entering the game we get a mini tutorial to learn more or less about the gameplay and controls, these are the same as always, the left side to move the character and the right side is reserved for actions.

In the tutorial we are left in a scenario that will be our battlefield, there we will have to eliminate the other opponents, which in this case are only bots, once the battle is over we are given the respective tour of the elements of the game so that we can familiarize ourselves with all the options available. As far as I could see there is a "battle pass", the typical rewards for daily login, skins, clans and everything they are adding lately in all multiplayer games.

The most interesting menu for me was the character menu, from what I could understand, as we play we earn items that we accumulate to unlock new characters and level them up, this is something that I usually love, I'm a character collector and level them up, maybe I don't love skins, but as this game is new to me, maybe I can learn to love them.

After the brief walk through the game options I got into a few little games, at first I must say that I was quite lost, like I did not understand the purpose of the fight, but after several battles I just started to enjoy the fights, although my plan is basically to play crazy and hide until someone comes looking for me, hahahahahaha. At first, I did go out looking for danger, but that didn't work for me, so I opted to change my strategy, and it worked out better that way.

There were a couple of things that I didn't like too much about the game, the first one was that the character walks too slow, I hope that's because I'm a low level or because that specific character is like that, hopefully later on that can change because it's something that I think I can get to despair. The second negative point was that out of the blue I got a disconnection error, and it didn't give me the rewards of a game, my internet practically never fails, and that error got me a little bit out of the loop because I didn't understand what happened, I really hope it's not something too frequent because that's a reason to uninstall.
