Encuentro Holístico de Hivers — Hivers Holistic Encounter | #Holos-Lotus #Bienestar

Hive implica todo un conjunto de cosas que llegan incluso al sentido holístico del ser humano. Podría parecer que una plataforma blockchain de criptomonedas solo se relaciona a lo tecnológico y futurístico, pero lo que da vida a esta comunidad son personas que buscan crear comunidad en torno a prácticas incluso milenarias como la meditación. Pareciera que Hive está hecho de cierta forma que logra hacer crecer nuestro ser y creatividad, y logra incluso reunirnos en persona para crear vínculos.

Hive involves a whole set of things that reach even to the holistic sense of the human being. It might seem that a cryptocurrency blockchain platform is only related to the technological and futuristic, but what gives life to this community are people who seek to create community around even ancient practices such as meditation. It seems that Hive is made in a way that manages to grow our being and creativity, and even manages to bring us together in person to create bonds.

Solo había publicado una vez anteriormente en la comunidad #Holos-Lotus, y fue un post escrito relacionado a los Films que inspiran. Aunque no es mi principal nicho de interés, me llaman la atención estos temas holísticos relacionados al bienestar. De hecho, solo he meditado a través de Apps para Android, y me pareció que asistir a este evento organizado por Holos Lotus sería una muy buena forma de experimentar esto de mejor manera y reunirnos entre Hivers para compartir.

Algunos Hivers del Estado Aragua pudimos asistir al evento, además de que fue una oportunidad para conocer nuevos Hivers de Caracas. Aunque no tuve la oportunidad de conversar con todos, pude conocer en persona a algunos de los participantes y moderadores de la comunidad Holos & Lotus en Hive. Fue una experiencia agradable recibir y ser parte de algunas sesiones de meditación, charlas educativas sobre Hive e incluso Biodanza, algo nuevo para mi de lo cual contaré más adelante.

I had only posted once before in the #Holos-Lotus community, and that was a post written related to Films That Inspire. Although not my main niche of interest, I am drawn to these holistic themes related to wellness. In fact, I have only meditated through Android Apps, and it seemed to me that attending this event organized by Holos Lotus would be a very good way to experience this in a better way and get together among Hivers to share.

Some Hivers from Aragua State were able to attend the event, plus it was an opportunity to meet new Hivers from Caracas. Although I did not have the opportunity to talk with all of them, I was able to meet in person some of the participants and moderators of the Holos & Lotus community in Hive. It was a nice experience to receive and be part of some meditation sessions, educational talks about Hive and even Biodance, something new for me which I will tell you more about later.

En este video de #3Speak se deja plasmado el ambiente del evento mediante videos y fotos tomados por mi persona. El lugar era un espacio muy agradable y fresco, mezclando el verde de la naturaleza con arquitectura un poco al estilo colonial, aunque el salón principal era más moderno. No logro encontrar información del lugar en internet pero imagino que se habrá construido hace más de 100 años. Además, hago un resumen de las distintas charlas grabadas en video, dictadas por @ylich, @danielvehe y @damarysvibra, relacionadas a: Introducción a la plataforma Hive, Marca Personal desde el Ser y Regalos de Bienestar, además de una introducción al evento por @miriannalis.

Me gustó bastante el enfoque de las distintas charlas acerca de Hive y lo holístico. "Hive es exactamente lo que quieres que sea". El desarrollo de Hive es infinito y ninguno de nosotros sabe hasta donde llega el potencial de esta nueva tecnología. De igual manera, estamos constantemente creciendo como personas e intentando conocernos más a nosotros mismos. Estamos siempre en la búsqueda de saber qué somos y cono alcanzar el bienestar. Además, se remarca el enfoque de dar para recibir. Siempre solemos decir que las recompensas o el dinero no debe de ser el foco principal si quieres tener éxito en #Hive, pero esto también tiene un trasfondo espiritual que lo podemos conectar con lo holístico.

This #3Speak video captures the atmosphere of the event through videos and photos taken by me. The place was a very nice and fresh space, mixing the green of nature with colonial style architecture, although the main hall was more modern. I can't find any information about the place on the internet but I imagine it must have been built more than 100 years ago. In addition, I summarize the various videotaped talks given by @ylich, @danielvehe and @damarysvibra, related to: Introduction to the Hive platform, Personal Branding from the Self and Gifts of Wellness, plus an introduction to the event by @miriannalis.

I quite enjoyed the focus of the various talks about Hive and the holistic. "Hive is exactly what you want it to be." The development of Hive is infinite and none of us know how far the potential of this new technology goes. Likewise, we are constantly growing as people and trying to know ourselves more. We are always on a quest to know what we are and how to achieve wellness. In addition, the focus on giving in order to receive is emphasized. We always say that rewards or money should not be the main focus if you want to be successful in #Hive, but this also has a spiritual background that we can connect with the holistic.

La frase de Confusio en la última charla fue bastante motivadora: "Tenemos dos vidas. La segunda empieza cuando nos damos cuenta que solo tenemos una". Y se conecta también con lo mencionado en la primera charla: en algún momento de nuestras vidas empezamos a "despertar espiritualmente". Esa constante búsqueda en la cual queremos aprender y enseñarle a otros. La Biodanza es una práctica que según lo que he experimentado ayuda a fortalecer vínculos grupales. De alguna manera es sorprendente lo que se puede lograr en conjunto y, además, espontáneamente.

Si algo observé durante las prácticas de Biodanza es que la sincronización natural entre las personas se da y puede crear cosas muy espontáneas y creativas. Todos pueden empezar a caminar en círculos luego de haber empezado de manera errática. De una cadena en círculo de personas agarradas de la mano pueden formarse infinidad de figuras, espontáneamente. Del caos surge siempre el orden. Recuerdo haber empezado a aplaudir cuando nadie lo hacía, y 10-20 segundos después estaban todos aplaudiendo.

Confusio's phrase in the last talk was quite motivating: "We have two lives. The second one begins when we realize that we only have one". And it also connects with what was mentioned in the first talk: at some point in our lives we start to "wake up spiritually". That constant search in which we want to learn and teach others. Biodance is a practice that according to what I have experienced helps to strengthen group bonds. Somehow it is surprising what can be achieved together and, moreover, spontaneously.

If something I observed during the practices of Biodanza is that the natural synchronization between people occurs and can create very spontaneous and creative things. Everyone can start walking in circles after having started erratically. From a chain of people holding hands in a circle, an infinite number of figures can be formed spontaneously. From chaos, order always emerges. I remember starting to clap when no one else was clapping, and 10-20 seconds later everyone was clapping.
