    About :

In spite of all the negative effects of the Corona crises, there was one positive aspect about it. I had plenty of time that I could spend online on the Hive blockchain. Since my business will reopen soon, I will have to reduce this time.

    Getting rid of unproductive habits

During all this lockdown time, I could do what I wanted and I realize that I got some very unproductive habits. Now that time will be less, I will need to get rid of these habits and getting organized.

    How to get organized

    • Set goals for the long term and the short term
    • Allocate time spots for certain activities
    • Impose new habits on myself
    • Work with check-lists

Since I'm my own boss, I don't have anybody who tells me what I have to do. This makes it even more important to get organized well and to structure my time.

Habits can't be changed in a day

Human kind is very good at developing habits because it allows him to become more efficient and to delegate tasks that he is used to complete to the subconscious mind. We do them on autopilote. When we drive a car for example, we actually don't have to think what we are doing. We have a set of programs that allow us to change gear and press the clutch without thinking. This frees our mind for other things like talking to the passengers or listening to the radion, or texting while driving... (goodness don't do that!).

When we need to change such habits, we have to repeat them constantly until our subconscious mind reprograms them. That is why when we need to change habits, we actually have to impose them on ourselves until we don't have to think about them anymore.

In spite of wanting to speak about being organized, my video was everything else than organized. I have a lot of work to do ;-)
