My Butternut squash - an Update (with German subtitles)

It's been a while since I've shared with you an update on my Orchard. Here is the link to the last one. However today I want to focus on my pumpkins.

Hace tiempo que no comparto con ustedes una actualización de mi Huerta. Aquí está el enlace de la última. Sin embargo hoy quiero enfocarme en mis calabazas.

As you know in the area I had designated for corn - which didn't work out - this year a wild Orchard grew - a mix of flowers, vegetables, and fruits - to which I have had to adapt. Don't get me wrong, I'm not complaining. This season has brought me new experiences and teachings.

Como ustedes saben en el área que yo tenía designada para el maíz – lo cual no funcionó – este año creció una Huerta silvestre – una mezcla de flores, verduras y frutas – al cual yo me he tenido que adaptar. No me malentiendan, no me estoy quejando. Esta temporada me ha brindado experiencias y aprendizajes nuevos.

In this video I share some of what I have experienced with you. Specifically, I share with you some of my journey and progress with butternut squash plants. It has been raining regularly these days and the plants are finally starting to load fruit. For a while the growth was slow, but they are already showing signs that if things keep going like this, I will raise a good crop this fall. I hope you enjoy the video.

En este vídeo comparto con ustedes algo de esto. Especificamente, les comparto algo de mis travecías y avances con las plantas de calabaza (Butternut Squash). Ha estado lloviendo regularmente estos días y las plantas finalmente están comenzando a cargar fruto. Por un tiempo el crecimiento fue lento, pero ya dan muestras de que si las cosas sigun asi, este otoño levantaré una buena cosecha. Espero que disfruten el vídeo.
