Youtube just announced that they will allow monetization
with copyright music. I would guess it will be like Instagram where they
have a list of music that you can use and as long as the song you use
is on the list you're good.
Its the first day of Vlogtober, You can share the revenue with the copyright holder
So you can have a cut taken from your revenue as a way to pay to use the
track. Not sure how this will work for creators not in the partner program. I suppose
YT
will do what they always do show ads and the copyright holder keeps the money
but
your video won't be blocked/muted/taken down.
