Tax season is here and im caught between a rock and a hard place

You may recall the posts I've been making on Dbuzz. My earnings took a
nosedive since last year. I got an email from Coinbase that said I have taxable
income that I need to report. Then when I go to my documents it
said I won't get a 1099 form because my taxable activity is below the IRS'
min. I an unsure if i still need to file since it says my taxable earnings is below
the 600 min. The only way to find out is to pay for tax advice on Turbo Tax. It cost
145 dollars and thats a lot of money since my earnings dropped on Hive
and steemit stopped giving SBD in rewards
if I end of having to file, thats another 100 something dollars.
if there are any tax professionals out there, please help me out
I can't afford both the advice and filing.
I am monetized on Facebook reels and they payout on the 24th of each month.
it seems like my options are to file just in case. I can't afford both the tax advice

I can't take the chance if they say I still have to file.
I have to do a lot of posting to try to make up some of the money so
I wouldn't be deep in the dirt struggling in April
