      Con estas pesas artesanales, que sinceramente, no sé cuanto pesan, podemos realizar una rutina de ejercicios (inspirándome en una rutina que encontré en Instagram), sin excusas. Como siempre digo, debo mejorar mi técnica y coordinación, pero ahí vamos.

      Me gusta mucho, transpirar (sudar) y siempre elijo, rutinas que me hagan poner en movimiento, porque siento, que así elimino todo el estrés que traigo de la calle. Y antes de drenar con mis hijos (que no son responsables), lo hago entrenando y la verdad, funciona.

      Algo que me encanta y lo quiero compartir con ustedes, es el hecho que mi hijo mayor, entrena ya solo. Antes me esperaba, y ahora, sin que nadie le diga que lo haga, solito lo veo entrenar. Eso para mí es lo máximo, porque creo que debemos enseñarle a que es importante realizar actividad física.

Something I love and want to share with you, is the fact that my oldest son is now training on his own. Before he was waiting for me, and now, without anyone telling him to do it, I watch him train by himself. That for me is the best, because I believe that we must teach him that it is important to do physical activity.
