Como seres humanos día a día debemos transitar entre muchas emociones, poder decir que estamos bien siempre, no es posible, pero si podemos intentarlo.

Una de las cosas que podemos hacer para estar bien es decidir decir adios de forma consciente a esas emociones que nos alejan del bienestar, como la ira, la tristeza, la apatía entre otras.

Estás emociones pueden ser causadas por muchas experiencias, así que lo primero es reconocer qué experiencia nos causa la emoción y luego tratar de soltar y aprender de ello. En esta canción se evidencia como alguien que ha amado a otro ser, decide soltar la situación y decirle adiós a la tristeza para poder entonces estar bien.

Que todos podamos estar bien y logremos superar esas experiencias que nos alejan de ello , y logremos decir : Adiós tristeza, adiós irá, adiós melancolía o frustración, y podamos "Estar bien" .

As human beings, we must transit between many emotions every day. It is not possible to always say that we are fine, but we can try.

One of the things we can do to feel better is to consciously say goodbye to those emotions that take us away from wellbeing, such as anger, sadness, apathy, among others.

These emotions can be caused by many experiences, so the first thing is to recognize which experience causes the emotion and then try to let it go and learn from it.
