La gratitud es uno de los valores más hermosos de como se expresa el amor. Dar gracias por todo lo que vivimos ha sido una enseñanza que nos han tratado de transmitir de generación en generación. Agradecer es una de las practicas más hermosas que he podido tener en mi vida, pero he tenido que aprender a tener gratitud sin caer en la culpabilidad o el catigo de hacer cosas que no quiero por gratitud, sé que más de uno le habrá pasado alguna experiencia donde por agradecimiento terminan haciendo cosas que no desean. Por eso es necesario saber cuales son los límites de la gratitud.

Agradecer por todo lo que nos pasa, sea bueno o malo es algo difícil, pero nos ayuda a entender que las cosas que pasan tienen de alguna forma una enseñanza.

En todo caso nunca debemos dejar de ser agradecidos, porque de alguna forma la gratitud nos conecta con la abundancia de la vida.

Cuando estudiaba en el Internado Cristiano Adventista , todas las mañanas haciamos un pequeño culto matutino, allí leíamos un parráfo de la Biblia, o alguna lectura y cantabamos "coros", este que traigo hoy es uno de esos. Realmente no sé quién es el autor o autora, si alguien lo sabe puede colocarlo en los comentarios y hago la referencia. Este coro cristiano lo canté por más de 4 años casi todas las mañanas mientras estudié. Fue lindo recordarlo por el tema de esta semana y conectar otra vez con lo bonito de esa época.
