How are you? hope you all will be happy and fine. This is my 19th contribution to @flaxz initiative for #IAmAliveChallenge through @threespeak #3speak.
Today i am going to discuss with you my daily walking track and importance of nature life. Dear friends ,some people walk at home in courtyard and take many round in small courtyard. i had experience that if you walk in your courtyard in small area and take many round this not give you relax and peace , so i feel this type of walk is dangerous and harmful for health. always dear friends go out for walk, and try to walk and run on road or go to market area , it is not necessary , that you only go to market to buy things. so dear friends morning and evening walk is very much important for health. adopt healthy life style and that will keep your body and health good.
My walking track info: i have four area for walking . my favourite one is mochh to mowaz wala area, that is at least 6km from my home. 2nd track is mochh to sultan wala road area, it is also is 4 km and 3rd is mochh to muhammad yar wala, and 4th is pai khail canal,, so first two i used to go for walk in vocations and 4th and 5th i used to go for walk in during duty days .
i took above pictures today morning during the morning walk. i am with nawaz , he is living here in the area of my morning walk, he was working in his filed and was watering his crops. he is my good friend, he offered me to eat water melon but it was morning time and i love to have breakfast after completing daily morning walk. hope you all will enjoy my today message
