My Birthday / Día de Celebración

This year the day of my birthday arrived without warning, since the daily chores pushed me in a recurring where the weeks flew by and the days in the blink of an eye, that morning dawned like any other, with much enthusiasm I took a delicious breakfast and I prepared to face life with great courage and great determination, Without realizing it, the afternoon had arrived and with it the desperate call from a friend who informed me that I should leave my routine at the gym to return as soon as possible to my house, since they were waiting for me for an important meeting related to the water service. Without thinking I took my bike and pedaled hard until I reached the right place, very tired and with my heart racing I opened the door and it was at that moment when I shouted SURPRISE! I discovered that all my coworkers were there ready to celebrate with me a different time.

Este año el día de mi cumpleaños llegaba sin previo aviso, puesto que la labores cotidianas me empujaron en un recurrido en donde las semanas pasaron volando y los días en un abrir y cerrar de ojos, esa mañana amaneció como cualquier otra, con mucho entusiasmo tome un rico desayuno y me prepare para enfrentar a la vida con mucho valor y gran determinación, sin darme cuenta ya se había llegado la tarde y con ella la llamada desesperada de un amigo que me informaba que debía dejar mi rutina en el gimnasio para regresar lo más pronto posible a mi casa, ya que me estaban esperando para una importante reunión relacionada con el servicio de agua. Sin pensarlo tome mi bicicleta y pedalee con fuerza hasta llegar al lugar indicado, muy cansado y con el corazón acelerado abrí la puerta y fue en ese momento cuando al grito de ¡SORPRESA! Descubrí que todos mis compañeros de trabajo estaban allí listos para celebrar junto a mí un rato diferente.
