Hello to all the Full deportes community, I hope you are doing well.

Es un placer para mí conseguir un espacio deportivo en esta plataforma 😁. Mi nombre es Yonaiker Chacon, tengo 26 años y soy del Estado Aragua en Venezuela.

It is a pleasure for me to get a sports space in this platform 😁. My name is Yonaiker Chacon, I'm 26 years old and I'm from Aragua State in Venezuela.

Cómo pueden apreciar mi vídeo lo grabé en una piscina. Por 10 años practiqué natación en una reconocida escuela de natación de mi localidad. Entrené hasta cerca de los 18 años, en mi trayectoria fuí a muchísimas competencias he inclusive fui a distintos aguas abiertas, entre ellos participé en el Cruce a Nado de Los Ríos Orinoco y Caroní en el Edo Bolívar. Actualmente estoy tratando de retomar mis entrenamientos 😍 y dentro de poco volveré a competir pero está vez en la categoría Master 🙈.

As you can see my video was shot in a swimming pool. For 10 years I practiced swimming in a recognized swimming school in my town. I trained until I was about 18 years old, in my career I went to many competitions and even went to different open water, among them I participated in the Swimming Crossing of the Orinoco and Caroní Rivers in the State of Bolivar. I am currently trying to resume my training 😍 and soon I will compete again but this time in the Master category 🙈.

Actualmente soy instructor de natación, ya tengo 3 años desde que se me dió la oportunidad de enseñar. Trabajo en una reconocida escuela de natación de la ciudad de Maracay. Me gusta mucho enseñar, es una pasión que disfruto día a día al compartir mis conocimientos con las generaciones futuras de la natación ❤️.

I am currently a swimming instructor, and I have 3 years since I was given the opportunity to teach. I work in a recognized swimming school in the city of Maracay. I love teaching, it is a passion that I enjoy every day to share my knowledge with future generations of swimming ❤️.

En esta comunidad me gustaría compartir parte de mi contenido deportivo, me gustaría hablar sobre cómo se inicia en la natación, hablar sobre formación básica, ¿Que se debe enseñar primero? y como hacerlo, hablar sobre los distintos tipos de técnica de cada estilo de la natación; además me gustaría compartir mis entrenamientos de natación con ustedes
y también mis entrenamientos en tierra (porque la natación de hecho se debe complementar con cardio y ejercicios de fuerza) 😁.

In this community I would like to share some of my sports content, I would like to talk about how to get started in swimming, talk about basic training, what to teach first and how to teach it, talk about the different types of technique of each swimming style; also I would like to share my swimming workouts with you
and also my land workouts (because swimming indeed should be complemented with cardio and strength exercises) 😁.
