Today I am here to share with you my current planche routine that is more focused on pushing, with the objective of achieving or improving full planche push ups. This routine can be adapted to the plank straddle in the same way, the only thing you would have to change is the progressions from Full to Straddle. Without more to say, let's go with the video.
