Hello fitness lovers, and to all the hivers that make up the @fulldeportes community in general! Today I invite you to join me in an exciting workout routine focused on strengthening one of the fundamental pillars of our body: "the back".
Our back is not only vital for our posture and mobility, but it also plays a crucial role in everyday tasks and sports. Therefore, it is essential to dedicate time and effort to keep it strong and healthy.
In this exercise routine, we will dive into a workout plan designed to challenge and empower the dorsal, deltoid and posterior muscles. Each movement will not only strengthen our back, but also bring you one step closer to our fitness goals.
We will start this routine by performing 3 different exercises on the back machine, these are:
- Chest Pull-Ups: (4 x 10-15)
- High Pulley Rowing (4 x 10-15)
- Chest pull-ups with neutral grip (4 x 10-15)
After these three movements we will perform:
- "Barbell Rowing" or "One Arm Dumbbell Rowing" (4 x 10-12).
*In this movement there are 2 options for you to perform the one you are most comfortable with, since both work the same muscle. Thanks for reading this far.
I hope you find this routine useful and that it serves as motivation for those of you who have not yet decided to join the fitness world completely.
There are no shortcuts on the road to success, just consistency, determination and a little bit of sweat!
