    Hello everyone! Today I am going to share a recipe on how to make tomato chutney. This recipe is quite simple and is beginner friendly. The following are the ingredients needed:

    • 1 large onion - chopped
    • 3 garlic cloves - cut into halves
    • 1 inch of ginger - cut into pieces
    • Tamarind - the size of a marble
    • 1 tablespoon of jaggery
    • 4 large tomatoes - chopped
    • 1 teaspoon of tadka seeds (tempering seeds)
    • Oil to your preference
    • Salt to taste

    This chutney is nutritious as it is made of tomatoes and it is safe for everyone to consume unless one is allergic to it. It can be eaten with dosa, idli or any type of vada. Please try it out if you are interested in Indian food.

    The only tool the preparation requires is a grinder. By the way, here's a little quick heads up. While it is easy and quite fast to make, please allow sufficient time to cool the item down before the grinding process. This is because the excess steam can cause the lid to fly off the container while it is being grinded.

There are captions even during the cooking process. That way you don't need to pause to look the ingredients up.
