Since coming across the Hive Pets community, I've been wishing I had a pet to write about. Unfortunately, I can't afford to keep a pet now because I currently live in a small space. I'll dedicate my first post here to the cutest, friendliest bunny, Bugsy.
I met Bugsy on a visit to my husband's friend's place. I found him really cute and I couldn't help but make several videos of him.
Bugsy is a very cliché name for a rabbit but the owners said they had no idea what to name him, so Bugs was the easy option.
The few hours spent with him has me thinking about getting a rabbit when I move to a bigger space. He's really cute and that wins many points in my book.
Other pros are he's easy to feed, a few veggies a day and he's all good. He has a spot where he poops and doesn't litter the apartment.
Bugsy doesn't go farther than the living room and kitchen so you know where he is at all times.
The cons are, he's very fragile and he also chews on stuff. I hadn't touched a rabbit before prior to Bugsy and I was surprised how fragile the bones felt. I was also told rabbits could easily die from shock. Something like a loud thunder could startle them and cause a heart attack.
The buzz kill in getting a rabbit for me is Bugsy chewing on the wiring and wallpaper in the house. I can't deal with that and I also can't deal with caging my pet.
It was all fun and games with Bugsy but I won't be getting a rabbit.
In the video is a compilation of moments with Bugsy the rabbit.
