CERRO DEL HOTEL MARACAY	MARACAY HOTEL HILL

El Cerro Las Delicias y su conjunto de colinas ubicados al norte del Hotel Maracay y muy cerca de la Av. Las Delicias son lugares de frecuente uso para hacer ejercicios, actividades recreativas y como sitio turístico debido a la excelente vista hacia la ciudad y el contacto con la peculiar naturaleza de la selva nublada. Varios ríos son accesibles por la entrada al cerro detrás del estacionamiento del hotel. El trayecto inicial de esta entrada se encuentra hecha de cemento y continúa en un ancho cortafuego forestal.

Cerro Las Delicias and its set of hills located north of the Hotel Maracay and very close to Av. Las Delicias are places of frequent use for exercising, recreational activities and as a tourist site due to the excellent view of the city and the contact with the peculiar nature of the cloud forest. Several rivers are accessible through the entrance to the hill behind the hotel parking lot. The initial path of this entrance is made of cement and continues in a wide forest firebreak.

La mayoría de los visitantes a la colina llegan hasta un punto conocido como «la lomita», donde se ubica un amplio mirador hacia la ciudad y que es el comienzo del Parque Nacional Henri Pittier. Poco más adelante se encuentra uno de los puntos que bajan a los pozos de agua de mediano tamaño, donde muchos deciden bañarse. Los atletas más diestros suelen subir hasta "el container", un punto de mayor elevación, aproximadamente a 1.288 msnm y que continúa al Norte con el Río Las Delicias. En un día claro se puede mirar el Lago de Valencia desde la cima del container.

Most visitors to the hill arrive at a point known as "la lomita", where there is a wide viewpoint towards the city and which is the beginning of the Henri Pittier National Park. A little further on is one of the points that go down to the medium-sized water wells, where many decide to bathe. The most skilled athletes usually climb to "the container", a point of higher elevation, approximately 1,288 meters above sea level and that continues to the North with the Las Delicias River. On a clear day you can see the Lake of Valencia from the top of the container.
