Hello Hive Open Mic Community and all music lovers on Hive Blockchain, i am Wealthwess and i am so excited to be here this week #206 of our weekly concert, this weeks theme as chosen by recent spotlight artist is Poesía which can be translated in English to Poetry. Therefore, for this week and based on the theme i’d be presenting a karaoke cover of a song by Keala Settle from the movie The Greatest Showman titled This Is Me. This song tells a story about individuals who are going through a struggle with their appearance in the society. A song that got me so emotional because of the message it passes, and truly every human beings can’t be looking beautiful or handsome or have same skin colors. Yes, it is what it is and we should all learn to embrace what we are instead of shying always from the community because at the end of the day and whether some people likes it or not we are all humans in our own form. That’s being said, this is my own entry for this week’s theme because this song is like a Poetry to me and I do hope you have a good time listening to me sing. Hola comunidad de Hive Open Mic y todos los amantes de la música en Hive Blockchain, soy Wealthwess y estoy muy emocionado de estar aquí esta semana #206 de nuestro concierto semanal. El tema de esta semana elegido por el artista destacado reciente es Poesía, que puede ser traducido al inglés como Poetry. Por eso, para esta semana y en base al tema presentaré un cover de karaoke de una canción de Keala Settle de la película The Greatest Showman titulada This Is Me. Esta canción cuenta una historia sobre personas que están pasando por una lucha con su apariencia en la sociedad. Una canción que me emocionó mucho por el mensaje que transmite, y realmente todos los seres humanos no pueden verse hermosos o guapos o tener el mismo color de piel. Sí, es lo que es y todos deberíamos aprender a aceptar lo que somos en lugar de rehuir siempre a la comunidad porque al final del día, le guste o no a algunas personas, todos somos humanos en nuestra propia forma. Dicho esto, esta es mi propia entrada para el tema de esta semana porque esta canción es como una poesía para mí y espero que la pases bien escuchándome cantar. Así que gracias a todos por visitar mi blog.
