    En esta oportunidad, quiero compartir con ustedes algunos de los ejercicios isométricos que hago en mis entrenamientos. Son un poco fuertes, las primeras veces me costaba hacerlo, pero la idea es ser constante, y claro estos ejercicios, tienen su beneficio de fortalecer el abdomen y entrenas esa resistencia tanto mental como física en estos ejercicios. Ya que aguantar en isómetricos tiene lo suyo, y es rudo.

    Además que hay muchísimos ejercicios isómetricos, ya que para aprender un ejercicio, hay progresiones de ese ejercicios con isómetricos.

    Aqui les muestro los ejercicios, y la rutina son 4 series. Y los tiempos lo pones tu, te recomiendo que busques hacer el minuto o empieza desde 20 seg. Y es importante que veas el video por que dije cosa importante de los ejercicios
