    SWC y el día de hoy vengo a traerles una rutina de alta intensidad para trabajar la plancha, espero esta rutina sea de su agrado.

    Explicacion:
    • Saludos amigos y amigas después de 2 semanas vengo a traerles una rutina de alta intensidad para la plancha.

    • 1° Ejercicio: Como pueden observar el primer ejercicios son Tuck planche aguantando máximo segundos.

    • Si observan bien estamos utilizando distintas bandas elásticas, naranja, roja y morada, cada una desde la naranja hasta la morada va subiendo la intensidad ya que es mas gruesa.

    • La idea de este ejercicio es colocarse la banda elástica en la espalda y para cuando se ejecute el movimiento Tuck planche vaya ejerciendo la mas presión posible.

    • 2° Ejercicio: Tuck Push Ups con la banda elástica azul, esta banda elástica no tiene tanta precio, pero haciendo este ejercicios cuesta mucho

    • 3° Ejercicio: Lean planche, es casi igual que el Tuck plancha solo que utilizando en las 4 series nada mas la banda elástica roja, igual es para ejercer las mayor presión posible y solo empujar con la mayor fuerza para ganarle a la resistencia de la banda elástica.

    • 4° Ejercicio: Lean Planche Pus Ups, este ejercicio es para ganar la mayor fuerza en la plancha, en mi caso el agregue también la banda elástica para que el ejercicio fuera un poco mas complejo, y así ganar mayor fuerza.

    • 5° Ejercicio: Ultimo ejercicio Aguantar 4 series de full planche con máximo segundos con banda elástica roja.

    • Exercise 1: As you can see the first exercise is Tuck planche holding maximum seconds.

    • If you observe well we are using different elastic bands, orange, red and purple, each one from orange to purple is increasing the intensity as it is thicker.

    • The idea of this exercise is to place the elastic band on your back and to exert as much pressure as possible when performing the Tuck Planche movement.

    • 2nd Exercise: Tuck Push Ups with the blue elastic band, this elastic band is not very expensive, but doing this exercise costs a lot.

    • 3rd Exercise: Lean planche, it is almost the same as the Tuck planche only using in the 4 series only the red elastic band, the same is to exert as much pressure as possible and just push with the greatest force to beat the resistance of the elastic band.

    • 4th Exercise: Lean Planche Pus Ups, this exercise is to gain the most strength in the planche, in my case I also added the elastic band to make the exercise a little more complex, and thus gain more strength.

    • 5th Exercise: Last exercise Hold 4 sets of full planche with maximum seconds with red elastic band.
