¡Hola a todos! Les leo un poema sobre nuestro niño interior y lo importante de no dejarlo ir. Espero que les guste 😘.

Mi niña interior

¡Qué ganas de mar tengo! De sentir las olas desestresar mi espalda, mientras camino observando las nubes y adivinando formas, personajes y figuras en ellas. Imaginando historias en el cielo que me hacen volar y perderme en el azul de mis emociones.

¡Qué ganas de sentir la arena húmeda! De dejar mis huellas, de hacer una casita o enterrarme en ella, tal y cómo hacía de niña (y de adulta). Simplemente sentir mis pies quemándose al caminar por la parte seca que hierve por el sol caliente.

¡Qué ganas de sonreír! De reír sin parar, de llorar de la risa por un mal chiste, de sonreír por nada y por todo a la vez. De sentir esa risa genuina que viene de lo más hondo y espontáneo de la felicidad.

¡Qué ganas de sentir el viento! Para que mi piel se erice con el pasar de la brisa, para oler las olas y percibir el sabor que caracteriza a la salinidad marina. Para darle al viento todas mis dudas existenciales y que se las lleve al pasar, rozando mi cuerpo con el tacto de una pluma.

¡Qué ganas de no perderme! De no dejar ir a mi niña interior, de no dejarla morir en el olvido por querer “crecer” como adulta. De no borrar de mis memorias sus anhelos más puros y su tierna inocencia. Porque ser grande es estar siempre en contacto con la esencia de la niñez.

My inner child

How I long for the sea! To feel the waves de-stress my back, while I walk watching the clouds and guessing shapes, characters and figures in them. Imagining stories in the sky that make me fly and get lost in the blue of my emotions.

What a desire to feel the wet sand! To leave my footprints, to make a little house or bury myself in it, just as I did as a child (and as an adult). Just to feel my feet burning as I walk on the dry part that boils from the hot sun.

What a desire to smile! To laugh non-stop, to cry from laughter at a bad joke, to smile for nothing and for everything at the same time. To feel that genuine laughter that comes from the deepest and most spontaneous part of happiness.

What a desire to feel the wind! To make my skin bristle with the passing of the breeze, to smell the waves and perceive the flavor that characterizes the salinity of the sea. To give the wind all my existential doubts and let it carry them away as it passes, brushing my body with the touch of a feather.

What a desire not to get lost! Of not letting go of my inner child, not to let her die in oblivion for wanting to "grow up" as an adult. Not to erase from my memories her purest longings and her tender innocence. Because being grown up is always being in touch with the essence of childhood.
