Hagupit Ni Bagyong Egay

Hello hivers hello world hope everybody's fine and safe. Before my phone will shutdown due to brownout. Let me share the worse experience of my life for this 2023. Please higher the brightness to see the video. We thank my brother in law because he help us to cross the road. In that kind of wave it'll be hard for us to pass through. He first brought my eldest and youngest and the next was me and my son. My son did a great work.

As "Bagyong Egay" Moving northwest at 10 kilometers per hour, it has maximum sustained winds of 175 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 240 kph. The Province of Ilocos Norte has declared a state of calamity in response to the extensive damages to properties, crops and livelihoods caused by Typhoon Egay.

The news update was three days ago and here's what happened yesterday. After the non stop raining of heavy clouds that almost turned the sky into night. The dams on our place reached it spilling level so they have no choice but to open the gates and release an enormous amount of water.

The photos below are the stuff that Im really scared off. Once the flood crossover the road it only means that the river can't endure the amount of flood. The water continuously rises and the people on the lower ground suffers.

Our house looks like a house of nothing. Our sleepless nights makes us worried a lot. They said that when it's raining people should be sleeping soundly. But not us we worry a lot because our situation is getting worse and worse. I appreciate others that remember to asked how we are or where we're we. And I forced to tell them that we're okay because I don't want them to get worried. Who wants to stay on a place like this, but we thought of our things that my loose or wrecked by rats.

She is not my relative nor my husband but she is concern on the situation we have. We both live in the same place but she in the barrio while we're in the farm. She said that we should evacuate because the flood is getting higher and higher. She also said that we should take care always. I thank God that there's a person like this that very concerns to us.

We already packed our things to secure them all. At three in the morning even we're shivering in cold water we sunk in flood. Because we need to secure our things that might get wet. I was crying because I saw how my kids deal with our situation their little body are too young to experience this. Nobody doesn't want to soak in cold specially after waking up. Each year it gets worst and worst it only proves that we are still not used to it. We are still afraid we are tired we are affected we may even want to give up.

The photos above are more than now we we're resting then my son showed up and told me that we need to hurry back home because our things will sunk again. I didn't bring my phone because I know how dangerous it is. I don't what to do or what to think my husband is far how would it be if my brother in law is not around. The rain hasn't stopped what will happen tommorw if our upper double deck will sunk too 😭😭😭💔

I want to loose hope. But we're still breathing it only means that we need to fight till the end. Nature is nature and human is human. Please keep safe everyone and let us all pray for a miracle to happen. And lets be strong even into our darkest 🙏🙏🙏🙏
