hello hivers
i see my body is not good right now,
so i need to build again, my stomach is
so big right now, this is not me i think
i just 30 years old, i dont want my body
bad,
i have coming into boxing when i was
senior high school. and my body was perceft
many woman like me, but now
i think because my body too bad
i try to make a continous push up 30 times and sit up 30 times. but i think this is enough for me, to start in the beginning of my advanture of building body, heheh
