    💪Esta rutina es apropiadamente para maximizar hipertrofia en la zona de la espalda mayormente dorsales anchos y cortos y la zona de los bíceps. La cual deben realizar de una manera estricta sin explosividad ya que lo ideal es mantener una tensión en la ejecución de cada repeticion para darle mayor enfasis de trabajo a los músculos que queremos trabajar que son los dorsales y los bíceps💪


    💪🔥 This routine is appropriate for maximizing hypertrophy in the back area, mostly the latissimus and short lats, and the biceps area. Which they must perform in a strict manner without explosiveness since the ideal is to maintain a tension in the execution of each repetition to give greater work emphasis to the muscles that we want to work, which are the dorsal muscles and the biceps.This routine is exclusively for athletes of an intermediate level since they are high intensity exercises and it takes to be performed correctly to cause better stimulation and gain strength and hypertrophy.!!🔥💪.
