Una de las mejores celebraciones que podemos tener es la Navidad, ya que representa la alegría, el amor y la fraternidad, a la vez que nos anima a renovar nuestra fe en Dios, amar a los demás y dar lo mejor de nosotros. La Navidad me gusta celebrarla en familia porque, cuando estamos juntos, reforzamos los lazos familiares y fomentamos la unidad entre todos los miembros. El propósito de la Navidad es dar y recibir amor, y estas reuniones familiares son oportunidades para alimentar el espíritu y saborear los pequeños, pero tan importantes detalles de la vida.

One of the best celebrations we can have is Christmas, as it represents joy, love and fraternity, while encouraging us to renew our faith in God, love others and give the best of ourselves. I like to celebrate Christmas as a family because, when we are together, we strengthen family ties and foster unity among all members. The purpose of Christmas is to give and receive love, and these family gatherings are opportunities to nourish the spirit and savor the small but important details of life.

Este año celebramos la Navidad en nuestra casa de una manera única. La cena familiar es la parte más especial como cada año constan del plato navideño tradicional de nuestro país, como lo son las deliciosas hallacas, ensalada de pollo, pernil, pan de jamón y el vino tinto, además de donde brindamos y bendecimos los alimentos dando gracias a Dios por todo los buenos acontecimientos sucedidos este año. Después, nos sentamos a escuchar música y recordamos la Navidad anterior y, por supuesto, nunca faltan las sesiones de fotos para el recuerdo. Para esperar la llegada del niño Dios, nos vestimos con pijamas y cantamos aguinaldos. Para mí este día es especial, la pasé feliz, llena de paz y amor, al lado de mis seres queridos, mi mayor deseo es que podamos seguir compartiendo como la familia unida que somos. Les deseo a todos una Feliz Navidad y un próspero Año Nuevo.

This year we celebrate Christmas in our house in a unique way. The family dinner is the most special part as every year it consists of the traditional Christmas dish of our country, such as the delicious hallacas, chicken salad, pernil, ham bread and red wine, in addition to where we toast and bless the food giving thanks to God for all the good things that have happened this year. Afterwards, we sit down to listen to music and remember the previous Christmas and, of course, we never miss the photo sessions for the memory. To await the arrival of the Christ child, we dress up in pajamas and sing aguinaldos. For me this day is special, I spent it happy, full of peace and love, next to my loved ones, my greatest wish is that we can continue to share as the united family that we are.
