This is game #3 in my series for completing SNES games using an emulator and ROMs.
Getting this part out today as I couldn't upload earlier in the week and wanted to start next week fresh with the new game.
In part 20 for the game Chrono Trigger I am facing off against Lavos, the final boss and his multiple, true forms. These were great fights for me to end the game with and Lavos looks awesome in his true forms, with so cool attacks and effects in game, a nice challenge while being able to see the end just beyond this final lot of fights.
A breath of relief was had when I thought about ending this game that has taken around 23 hours or so, truly like a real JRPG game does, but have had a long and amazing journey to ultimately complete game number 3 in this series for completing Super Nintendo games.
As for game #4 for the letter D, the game I have chosen is... Donkey Kong Country!
I just had to do another run through of the game and while there are many areas and will get a chunk of videos, maybe 7 or 8 as I will do it for the areas and speedrun it (not proper speed run but go faster than normal) and this will allow me to be onto game #5 in no time!
Donkey Kong Country is a platformer game with a variety of challenges, enemies, bosses, a great soundtrack and effects while being an amazing game overall, fun to play numerous times and a staple game from my childhood.
Streamlabs OBS used for recording and setting the scene with SNES font, my avatar and the game picture for what I am playing.
Emulator used: RetroArch
ROMS: They are the games
Saving: Using emulator saving between levels or occasionally in tough parts so I don't always die and repeat so then the game can get completed.
