Would the Best Twitter Alternative Possible Be Built on LBRY?

During a recent conversation with Scott Cunningham on blockchain-powered social media platforms, we lamented the lack of good social media alternatives to Twitter. Then we discussed the obvious solution: why not build it on top of the LBRY network, which already has all the infrastructure in place? Can this apply to other social media networks?
