Financial Education: The Shadow Banking System

This is something that throws a lot of newer people. In the long run, it probably doesnt matter a great deal in terms of people's everyday experience. After all, one is using a service as a means to an end. As long as that service is provided, i.e. receiving a mortgage, where it resides is of little consequence.

In this video I do discuss what the shadow banking system is and, more importantly, the trend that it is on. This is something that grew over a number of decades and is likely to continue with cryptocurrency.
