Ray Dalio, the billionaire investors, made headlines when he said that governments will outlaw cryptocurrency if Bitcoin gets too big. This obviously sent many amok over his comments.
The reality is that governments often outlaw stuff without the impact they desire.
In this video I discuss how consensus on this matter might be tough to get. Governments tend not to agree on many things which could make his proclamation very difficult.
