Removing Geography's Salary Cap

We are entering the digital world to a much greater degree. The idea of remote work is being embraced although this is nothing novel.

In this video I discuss how knwoledge workers are going to be able to remove the "salary cap" they were operating under due to geography. Now, with the digital age, people can appeal to a much larger section of perspective employers. This will allow them to earn based upon characteristics other than the local economy.
