• 500 grams of beef liver
• 1 cup chopped onion
• 2 tablespoons garlic paste
• 2 tablespoons ginger paste
• 2 tablespoons cumin paste
• 3 white cardamoms
• 2 black cardamoms
• 3 cinnamon
• 1 bay leaf
• Salt, turmeric and dried chilli powder to taste
• Quantitative soybean oil
