Ingredients:

• 300 g beef bot
• 2 potato
• 4-5 gourd vegetable
• 1 cup chopped onion
• 2 teaspoons garlic paste
• 2 teaspoons ginger paste
• 2 teaspoons cumin paste
• 2 white cardamoms
• 3 black cardamoms
• 3 cinnamon
• 1 bay leaf
• 4-5 green peppers
• 3 teaspoons dried chilli powder
• Quantitative salt and turmeric
