I am Sumaiya Rahman. Hope everybody is well and healthy. Friends, we always eat a variety of vegetables for the benefit of the body. But not all vegetables are available all the time. Different vegetables are seen in different seasons. But in winter, along with other vegetables, potato leafy vegetables are also available which are not available at other times. What we do know is that potato leaves and vegetables are also rich in nutrients. Then know that potato leafy vegetables contain beneficial vitamins for the body. So from today we will try to eat green potato leaves and vegetables for the benefit of the body. Know how to eat potato leafy vegetables.
