Hola, qué tal comunidad de espavlog espero que se encuentren superbién llenos de energía en este video y post vengo hablarles sobre un tema muy importante que es sobre las malas experiencias con jefes traje a mi amiga Stella Martinez para debatir sobre este tema muy interesante, pues al parecer ella se ha cruzado con buenos jefes en mi caso fue todo lo opuesto, pues en realidad la supervisora donde trabaje por dos años un lugar donde vendían telas llamo el castillo tu centro textil, recibíamos una presión constante por dicha mujer, su forma de tratarnos era algo atrevido, grosero y destructivo nos hacía sentir muy mal, a varias chicas las hizo llorar se sentían tan mal que decidieron renunciar, en lugar de parecer nuestra jefe parecía un español esclavizando los latinos cuando vinieron a colonizar, no solo era conmigo era con todas las chicas y lo peor es que el dueño de la empresa le aplaudía cierta forma de ser de ella, Stella llego a la conclusión que quizás llego al puesto fue por ser todo lo que el dueño quería que fuera, también pensamos que las personas suelen mostrar su verdadera forma de ser por apenas tiene algo de poder sobre otros, o teniendo dinero en estas dos formas se conoce a la persona en realidad, también debo mencionar que teníamos otra supervisora esta era más amable más cordial y el ambiente laboral con ella era muchísimo mejor, pues se podía respirar la paz y el trabajo en equipo a ella Stella la llamo una verdadera líder la otra solo jefa, Stella no ha tenido que trabajar en empresa y las pocas veces que tuvo jefes según ella le rogaban para que no renunciara, pero vaya que ella siempre ha querido ser independiente y por ello quizás no estuvo en grandes empresas, al día de hoy me entere de que nuestra antigua supervisora ya murió de un cáncer agresivo esto no es algo de alegrar solo quiero dejar una reflexión a veces nos estresamos al máximo por querernos imponer por impresionar a los dueños de empresa y un día listo te mueres y al otro día ya habrá alguien haciendo tu trabajo así de simple Muchas gracias por todo hasta la próxima espero les guste mucho este video éxitos besos
