Can a smartphone from 2016 generation film a cinematic video? I give it a try

Hive everyone, the important thing thus days smartphones is the camera all the brands now are doing their best to make the most powerful cameras with a low price it is a race, but what about old generation smartphones camera it can handle photographing and filming a good videos, unfortunately the old generation smartphones as the phone i record this video with doesn't give the best choice to that at all but i was surprised because the try wasn't bad at all i can say it is fine, the videos recorded by Samsung j5 2016.
