Reto deportivo - 365 flexiones para HIVE | Initiative por @Slwzl

En esta oportunidad por primera vez me uno a 3Speeak e igual a la comunidad Full deportes, para participar en el reto deportivo 365 flexiones para #Hive reto impulsado por mi amiga la bella @Yusmi.

This time for the first time I join 3Speeak and the Full sports community, to participate in the 365 push-ups for #Hive challenge, a challenge promoted by my friend the beautiful @Yusmi.

Ante todo me disculpo por la poca técnica, fuerza o condición física, pero la intención cuenta, y después de ver a @Irvinc haciendo su parte, pues acá mi primer video.

First of all I apologize for the lack of technique, strength or fitness, but the intention counts, and after seeing @Irvinc doing his part, well here's my first video.

Confieso que este no es mi fuerte, pero quise hacer algo diferente, aunque para nada soy deportiva, ni es mi fuerte hacer deportes, además no pude dejar de hacerlo ya que mis amigos más allegados me citaron a este evento, la verdad me siento muy alegre de poder participar ya que no sólo es un estímulo a la salud, sino también un estímulo afectivo que recibimos de los miembros de la plataforma que consideramos amigos.

I confess that this is not my forte, but I wanted to do something different, although I am not at all sporty, nor is my forte to do sports, besides I could not stop doing it since my closest friends summoned me to this event, the truth I feel very happy to be able to participate since it is not only a stimulus to health, but also an affective stimulus that we receive from the members of the platform that we consider friends.

Sabemos que los ganadores serán la gente joven, pero acá estamos presentes. Mi hija disfrutó mucho con la musicalización, e igual realizó la actividad con mayor coordinación y desempeño, pero me dio ánimos y me dijo que había quedado bien.

We know that the winners will be the young people, but we are present here. My daughter really enjoyed the musicalization, and she still did the activity with more coordination and performance, but she encouraged me and told me that it turned out well.

Muchas excusas que puedo encontrar para justificarme, estoy un poco alejada del ejercicio físico, así que debo preocuparme por mi salud y volver a restablecer un poco esta actividad que nos hace bien.

Many excuses I can find to justify myself, I'm a little away from physical exercise, so I have to worry about my health and reestablish a little this activity that does us good.
