AFRI-TUNES WEEK #68/ PERU BY FIREBOY DML/ COVERED BY SLEEMFIT✨. [ENG-ESP]

Hello Afri-tunes community, it's week 68 of our weekly contest and as always I'm super excited to share my entry. For this week I'd be performing a song by Nigerian singer-songwriter Fireboy DML called Peru. Even though I've performed this song here before, I can't help but perform it as it's one of my favourite songs to sing..... but one thing I always make sure to do is to try and improve on my last cover, making my next cover better than the last. More like a second chance to redeem yourself lol 😂.I have chosen this song cause of how lovely the beat is and the lovely chorus which is really catchy and easy to sing.

Peru is a song with so much good vibes, danceable with a very catchy lyrics. A song about living your best life, enjoying your life, cause life is short. Live in the moment and don't over-think stuff, let go of your worries...holding on to it changes nothing. It's my birthday in a few hours from now 30th June and to be honest I just feel indifferent about it, my friends keep asking me what I have in mind for tomorrow but I don't know really, it's just another day and I'm just grateful to still be here breathing, making music and living. Not where I wanna be now but definitely not where I used to be so I'm grateful for life. Got a lot on my mind lately but then worrying about it changes nothing so I might as well just live my life irrespective of what's going on presently(life is never perfect), I just hope tomorrow turns out really well for me and I wish me happiness in all ramifications 😊. Hola comunidad de Afri-tunes, es la semana 68 de nuestro concurso semanal y, como siempre, estoy muy emocionada de compartir mi entrada. Para esta semana estaría interpretando una canción del cantautor nigeriano Fireboy DML llamada Perú.
Aunque he interpretado esta canción aquí antes, no puedo evitar interpretarla ya que es una de mis canciones favoritas para cantar... pero una cosa que siempre me aseguro de hacer es tratar de mejorar mi última portada, haciendo que mi próxima portada sea mejor que la anterior. Más como una segunda oportunidad para redimirte jajaja 😂. Elegí esta canción por lo hermoso que es el ritmo y el coro encantador que es realmente pegadizo y fácil de cantar.

Perú es una canción con mucho buen rollo, bailable con una letra muy pegadiza. Una canción sobre vivir tu mejor vida, disfrutar tu vida, porque la vida es corta. Vive el momento y no pienses demasiado en las cosas, deja de lado tus preocupaciones... aferrarte a ellas no cambia nada. Es mi cumpleaños dentro de unas horas a partir de ahora, el 30 de junio y, para ser honesto, me siento indiferente al respecto, mis amigos me siguen preguntando qué tengo en mente para mañana, pero no sé realmente, es solo otro día y estoy simplemente agradecido de seguir aquí respirando, haciendo música y viviendo. No donde quiero estar ahora, pero definitivamente no donde solía estar, así que estoy agradecido por la vida. Últimamente tengo muchas cosas en la cabeza, pero preocuparme por eso no cambia nada, así que también podría vivir mi vida independientemente de lo que esté sucediendo actualmente (la vida nunca es perfecta), solo espero que mañana me salga muy bien y deseo que me felicidad en todas las ramificaciones 😊.
