Hello everyone, welcome to Hive open mic week #192. I trust everyone is doing okay, this week I decided to do something different, by composing a song in line with this week's theme "Grateful". The theme was proposed by recent spotlight artiste @wallay. Being grateful means you're thankful in all situations, I thought so much as to what to present this week...I had a bunch of songs but I didn't want to do them as I had performed them before. So I picked up my guitar and played around with some few chords and asked myself what I'm most grateful for?...And that's how "Thank you" came about 😉. Short but really precise and I hope you all enjoy it.

Gratitude simply is being thankful, being appreciative no matter what you get. We must give thanks to God in all situations, being alive and well is simply by His grace. This song is a song of Thanksgiving to God, appreciating Him for all He has done for you, being so good to you. The air we breathe is a blessing, a free gift from God...Honestly there are so many reasons to be thankful, just reflect and look how far you've come. I'm personally grateful to God for everything, not where I wanna be yet but definitely not where I used to be. The song is really easy to sing, not much lyrics but the message is clear...Please feel free to sing along and enjoy 🎧.

Hola a todos, bienvenidos a la semana de micrófono abierto n.° 192 de Hive. Confío que a todos les vaya bien, esta semana decidí hacer algo diferente, componiendo una canción acorde al tema de esta semana "Agradecido". El tema fue propuesto por el reciente artista destacado @wallay. Ser agradecido significa estar agradecido en todas las situaciones, pensé mucho en qué presentar esta semana... Tenía un montón de canciones pero no quería hacerlas como las había interpretado antes. Entonces tomé mi guitarra y toqué algunos acordes y me pregunté ¿por qué estoy más agradecido?... Y así fue como surgió "Thank you" 😉. Corto pero muy preciso y espero que todos lo disfruten.

La gratitud simplemente es estar agradecido, ser agradecido sin importar lo que obtengas. Debemos dar gracias a Dios en todas las situaciones, estar vivos y bien es simplemente por Su gracia. Esta canción es un canto de acción de gracias a Dios, apreciándolo por todo lo que ha hecho por ti, siendo tan bueno contigo. El aire que respiramos es una bendición, un regalo gratuito de Dios... Sinceramente hay tantas razones para estar agradecido, sólo reflexiona y mira lo lejos que has llegado. Personalmente estoy agradecido a Dios por todo, no donde quiero estar todavía pero definitivamente no donde solía estar. La canción es muy fácil de cantar, no tiene mucha letra, pero el mensaje es claro... Siéntete libre de cantar y disfrutar 🎧.
