    💯¡Hola, amigos y amigas de @SWC! En el día de hoy les traigo un nuevo video para el canal de una rutina rápida y sencilla, efectiva si tu meta es fortalecer tus cuádriceps y pantorrillas. 💯

    😁Rutina😁

    Consiste en 4 superseries intensas de: sentadillas clásicas, sentadillas profundas, sentadillas de sumo, zancadas explosivas y sentadillas explosivas. Descansando por cada superserie de 1 minuto a 2 minutos, dependiendo de cómo te desenvuelvas mientras realizas la rutina. Para complementar y trabajar las pantorrillas dirígete a un escalón o superficie alta en donde puedas dejar caer tus pies, y procede a realizar: 4 series de 30 repeticiones de levantamiento de pantorrillas, de manera opcional para trabajar más completo tus pantorrillas, por cada 10 repeticiones varía la postura de tus pies comenzando por una postura de "V" luego ambas en paralelo mirando hacia al frente y por último realizando una "V" invertida.
