Negative thoughts can be debilitating. I spent many years overflowing with emotions, in and out of depression. I tried the law of attraction but affirmations only made me feel worse. I gained a lot from Abraham Hicks but I had missed something essential.
The subconscious mind is a powerful thing...Meditation helped a but I needed to fix my thought process before things really changed. I started training my subconscious like a muscle. Now I wake up motivated and ready to kick ass almost every day. When I start to feel sad or those self destructive thoughts come back, I use this trick to feel better. It almost always works.

I've been trying to promote this content on Youtube... of course I prefer Hive and 3speak but I hope by doing that I can find some followers and tell them about Hive, and build another income stream (so I can buy more Hive ;-) ). A follow over there or a share would be greatly appreciated.
