La rutina de hoy es muy sencilla y tiene que practicarse a diario para que rinda frutos. Al principio la vas a ver un poco fuerte pero con el tiempo te parecera un paseo y el resultado son unos brazos tonificados para que puedas lucir unos top y trajes de baños sin avergonzarte.

En mi caso tengo mucha grasa en los brazos y necesitamos adelgazarlas es por ello que debo hacer rutina con mancuernas con poco peso para el video las mancuernas que utilice fueron de 2Libras para poder quemar grasa y a la vez crear músculos.
In my case I have a lot of fat on my arms and we need to slim them down that's why I have to do a dumbbell routine with low weight for the video the dumbbells I used were 2Lbs to burn fat and build muscle at the same time.
