Hive Open Mic Week 124 – Wonderwall (Cover song) by Samuel & Frans

Hi dear friends, I am Samuel and my friend Frans is back at the weekly Hive #openmic event which has entered its 124th week with the theme "Moonshine" which was chosen by our friend @anna-newkey. This is a great theme for this week as we will be performing a cover of the song “Wonderwall” by the incredible legendary band “OASIS”.

In my opinion, this week's theme is so poetic and also beautiful. As we know that the Moon is a spherical material in space that surrounds the earth, we can see the beauty of the moon from the earth even without binoculars. The moon is also very important for human survival because, without the moon, the night will be very dark. If we look at the moon, it is not only beautiful when viewed by the eye, but the moon is also beautiful to be made into words, poetry, to song lyrics.

The moon is closely related to harmony and a philosophy of life. I learned from the moon that darkness is not necessarily without light. A philosophy that I found from the moon is, that darkness is in outer space, and the moon shines to illuminate the night. Helping humans walk in the middle of the night to return home. In addition, the very beautiful moonlight can inspire people to create words and literature. Even moon-inspired words and literature can also be a weapon to conquer one's day.

Therefore, we performed a cover song from OASIS entitled Wonderwall.
