Hello Everyone!,Happy New Month,I feel so excited today as it's the first day of the month which translates to the Hive Power up Day.

For the community as a whole, it's a day where we show our support for our blockchain home by staking (Powering Up) Hive and adding to its value.
So Yes ! It's power Day today and also you can earn a cool badge from powering up from @hivebuzz.

And also, like i call them "The Good People Of Hive",Are giving out prizes and delegations today for people who meet certain criteria's in today's power up event.

There are two reasons that makes me happy about today's Power up event. Just like in the video above,I will jump right to it.

Those were the words of my Good Friend in the comment section,when I wrote My Hive Goals for the Next 3 Months. last month. Then I had 51HP and I planned to get to 500HP by December.
By October 1st,which was the next day,I powered up 21.5 Hive which I received from a contest via @belemo. That kickstarted my Journey.

As today is First of November, and thankfully I am able to participate in this HPUD and I have a long list of people to thank for supporting me and helping me grow,Thank you so much.

So before I do the powerup ,I have taken my screenshot of pre powerup that you can see as below:

So today I am going to power up 70+ Hive,that is not very big amount but it still a step forward towards MINNOW-hood.

I feel that increasing my Hive power is a good way to increase my curation power that further help me in increasing my income.

I powered up today my whole Hive. 71.456 Hive and effectively my stake is now at 427.13 HP.
I calculated the HP requirement for Minnow-hood today and it come around 538 to 600 Hive power. so it means Minnow-hood is now 538-427 =111 Hive away(Estimated).

But the good thing is I am expecting about 66HP so technically I am about 45 Hive away.

My second reason why I am excited is because I did complete another goal of mine. "writing at least one post everyday". I think this was the main factor that contributed to my no 1. reason.I plan to continue this and in fact I urge everyone to try it. Thankfully @traciyork has created a Community for the November's Hive Blog Posting Month,A.k.a #HiveBloPoMo.

In Conclusion...

I have managed to convince @readthisplease and @ebingo to power, so hopefully I convince you also reading this.Please do well to power up today or anytime basically as it's a way of giving back to the community. And it also helps in improving your voting power and getting more curation rewards.
Also @threespeak will be doing an airdrop soon for hive stake holders.
