01-Digital Assets Vision 2030

In this video, I just want to introduce the initial sources that I will be using in this series. I started with a discussion about the challenges of communicating the value of Hive blockchain and digital assets to individuals in the Web2 world. I also mentioned about the need to bridge the communication gap and avoid using complex Web3 language that may be unfamiliar or intimidating to people in the Web2 world.

As I started my reading, the first material I stumbled upon are those that prmote the vision of Saudi Arabia for 2030 that focuses on digitalization and financial inclusion, which to my mind are nothing but poor imitation of the genuine thing.

In this introduction, I discussed articles and sources that highlight the potential of digital assets and the future of financial services. The role of data, safe and automated transactions, regulation, and scaling will play significant role in conducting business in years to come. Among the 3 articles, I find the Forbes article on digital assets most useful.
