Sallys Adventure

It was a beautiful sunny day and Sally decided that she would go for a walk; she packed her little backpack with peanut butter sandwiches a bottle of water two apples and an orange.

Just as she was leaving her room she heard Patrick, her toy Giraffe
Where are you going, said Patrick

It’s a lovely day I thought I would go to the park to see the bubble man said Sally

Please take me, said Patrick,

Oh ok, Sally said, you can come too, and put Patrick into her backpack with his head poking out the top so he could see where they were going.

As Sally was walking out the door, her mother said – Where are you going??

I am going to the park today, it’s a lovely day and I want to watch the Bubble Man, said Sally

Well take care, her mother said

And with that Sally and Patrick began their journey

Just around the corner she came across Felix the Cat

Meow, Where are you going, said Felix

It’s a lovely day today, Sally said, and I am going to the Park, The Bubble man is there today and I want to watch him

Oh, can I come said Felix

Of course you can said Sally

So sally and Patrick and Felix set off.

As they got to Mr. Jones’s house, Bonkers the dog came bouncing down the driveway

Woof woof , where are you going said bonkers

It is a lovely sunny day and we are going to the park to see the bubble man said sally

Oh, Can I come, Can I come said Bonkers

Yes you can said sally

Sally and Patrick and Felix and Bonkers set off down Lemon Street

At the end of lemon street they heard a sqwark, Sally looked up and there in the trees was Sydney the White Cockatoo,

Sqwark sqwark, where are you going Sydney said

We are going to the park because it is such a lovely day and we are going to see the bubble man Sally said

Oh, can I come too, said Sydney

Of course you can said Sally

So Sally and Patrick and Felix and Bonkers and Sydney all set off towards the park

As they got to the park, Sally could see the Bubble man over near the fountain

Sally and Patrick and Felix and Bonkers and Sydney all found a nice spot to sit and watch the Bubble man.

Bonkers wanted to chase the bubbles, Sydney wanted to pop the bubbles and Felix just kept running around avoiding water from the popped bubbles.

Sally and Patrick just sat quietly and ate Peanut Butter Sandwiches all day.
