Saludos mi gente hermosa de #Hive y #SWC, soy @royvegas y el día de hoy quería compartir con ustedes lo que fue mi entrenamiento de hoy basado en control corporal a nivel intermedio. De ante mano quería ofrecer mis disculpas a ustedes por la inactividad que he tenido, en los últimos días mis equipos habían estado fallando y tuve inconvenientes con algunas de mis redes sociales, debido a eso no pude mantenerme tan activo dentro de Hive. Habiendo aclarado este punto, procedere a explicar un poco más que es el control corporal y como hago para medirlo en nivel básico, intermedio y avanzado. El control corporal es el dominio que tiene una persona sobre su propio cuerpo mediante el cual consigue realizar acciones que la mayoría de las personas no puede hacer, esto se puede conseguir entrenando hasta el punto de conseguir cierto dominio en el cuerpo, a esto se le llama control corporal

En mi caso trabajo mi control dependiendo del rendimiento que considere tener al dia, y en vista de que tenía días sin entrenar decidí empezar algo suave. Mi manera de trabajarlo es empleandolo en los estaticos, ya sea press de dicho estatico en caminata, jugando con el punteo, haciendo transiciones lentas pero controladas, o en combos híbridos intentando aguantar el estatico al máximo e intentando que la transición sea lo más limpia y fluida posible. De esta forma he logrado aumentar mi control corporal.
