Happy and blessed week, Hive Open Mic community! We are already in week 166 of this musical event that fills the Hive blockchain with talent. Our theme this time is "Never Give Up", an expression that seeks to keep us driven to move forward despite the difficulties or obstacles in life.

Today I want to present a song called Celestial Dream, by the Finnish Melodic Power Metal band Stratovarius, from the album Infinite, released in 2000. In this case it is an acoustic version, which I accompany with the lyrics in Spanish.

The song tells us that despite not always understanding the world around us, somehow we all long for redemption and that with our actions we can leave a better world for future generations and that leads us to never give up, never be afraid to achieve our personal and collective goals.

¡Feliz y bendecida semana, comunidad de Hive Open Mic! Nos encontramos ya en la semana 166 de este evento musical que llena de talento la blockchain de Hive. La temática que nos corresponde en esta ocasión es “Nunca te Rindas”, una expresión que busca que nos mantengamos impulsados a salir adelante a pesar de las dificultades u obstáculos de la vida.

El día de hoy les quiero presentar una canción llamada Celestial Dream (Sueño Celestial), de la banda finlandesa de Power Metal Melódico Stratovarius, perteneciente al álbum Infinite, lanzado en 2000. En este caso es una versión acústica, que acompaño con las líricas en español.

La canción nos habla de que a pesar de no siempre entender el mundo que nos rodea, de alguna manera todos ansiamos una redención y que con nuestro actuar podamos dejar un mundo mejor a las futuras generaciones y eso nos lleva a no rendirnos nunca, no tener miedo para alcanzar nuestras metas personales y colectivas.

Of fear, hate and greed
And join together singing our celestial dream
Freedom is awaiting
