El día de hoy quiero presentarles una canción que típicamente he escuchado durante esta época del año en la iglesia cuando asistíamos a las actividades de la semana mayor. Se trata del tema Hombre Verdadero, del cantautor chileno Eduardo Gatti. Esta versión es más apegada a la que he escuchado en mi parroquia desde hace años, y describe al verdadero Jesús de Nazareth, en su humildad y como símbolo de esperanza. Greetings, Hivers and music lovers of the Sound Music community! I hope you are having a Holy Week filled with much peace and tranquility.
Today, I want to present a song that I have typically heard during this time of the year in church when we attended the activities of the week. It is the song "Hombre Verdadero" (True Man), by the Chilean singer-songwriter Eduardo Gatti. This version is closer to the one I have heard in my parish for years, and it describes the true Jesus of Nazareth, in his humility and as a symbol of hope. I hope you like it. Blessings to all!
