Mark Cuban Salutes The WallStreetBets Crew

Mark Cuban was born in Pittsburgh to a family that has roots in Russia and Romania. Mark always thought like a business man and sold garbage bags and had a paper route. Mark was also pretty smart as he enrolled as a full-time student at the University of Pittsburgh, as a high school senior. He eventually went on to Indiana University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Management.

In 1995, Mark and a college friend started Audionet so they could listen to Hoosier college basketball from a far. Audionet name changed to Broadcast.com and was later acquired by Yahoo.com making Mark an instant billionaire.

Since becoming a billionaire, Mark has remained humble and has always tried to help the next man/woman behind him. Today Mark was in the WallStreetBeats chat room Tuesday for an “Ask Me Anything” session. He explained how Robinhood and other brokerages have killed the GameStop’s momentum by keeping the buyers out the market.

Before he got off the AMA, he thanked the Community for changing the game…forever. My not sure how Mark has time, but made time for CNBC this morning as well.
