    About :

Ah, the overwhelm of contrasting perpsectives.

Perhaps never before, has the world been united so quickly and powerfully in fear under the direction of "authorities."

What a grand social experiment, this whole coronavirus stuff has served as.

Though looking at the same coin, we can see two sides to the extremes of responses the world has taken:

    1. A unified effort to slow the spread of a significant threat to human health.
    2. The bowing down to "authorities" with blind faith, doing as told like good little boys and girls, trusting a system that has repeatedly proven corrupted.

Certainly, it is is admirable that for once, the whole world has been brought together in a common cause for our greater good.

Though at the same time, we've also demonstrated a complacency to follow the commands of "experts" whose data is being proven flawed, putting ourselves in perhaps even deeper danger with economic disruption that may not be justified in order to fend off an overhyped flu.

*They said "jump." We asked "how high."

Now with all respect, it's great that we've been able to organize so powerfully in response to what is an actual threat to our collective.

Though at the same time, it is critically important to assess to what degree we have delegated our authority to centralized powers that may or may not actually know what is best for us.

Given it's being proven much of the data being collected on deaths is flawed, it's possible that the actual threat is less than it's been hyped up to be. Meanwhile, our society is still taking extreme measures with liberties being given up and centralized organizations - which have repeatedly, historically demonstrated incompetence and corruptability - given more power as we've simply done as they've told us to.

    It's a bit of a pickle.

A friend shared an exellent video yesterday, which I felt was so good, it needed to be passed on here.

    This lady is badass.

The questions she raises are critical for us all to be asking at this time.

Her perspective might also lean towards one extreme. Yet it is one that is vitally important for us to consider, as we're being asked to put our whole lives on hold indefinitely to appease the fears and agendas of politicians that may very well oppose what is actually best for us.

Fair warning: this video might get you a bit fired up.

It's a call-to-action that may stir up a bit of anger at this situation and how we've delegated our authority to a centralized system that does not actually know what's best for us, yet has attempted to dictate our lives.

Certaintly, such anger may be a potent force to keep us on our toes and assure we don't slip into complacency in this situation. Though it's also likely best to maintain a balanced outlook while progressing through, knowing that there are also facts regarding the nature of this 'epidemic' whereby "social distancing" does/may play a valuable role at this time.

(Perhaps the wisdom to be found here is in the distinction between blindly following the direction of government without an end in sight, and maintaining our sovereign right of choice to determine for ourselves when enough is enough - when it is of value to go along with a collective effort and when it is time to exercise our own leadership at the point centralized 'powers' may try take a mile when given an inch.)

Without further ado, may this wonderful, strong woman spark a fire in your soul to help light our way through these trying times... 🙏
